GOSU Class is closed on Sunday, January 6th due to a film project that I’m involved with. We will resume class as usual on Monday, January 7th and so until the next Sunday etc. Sorry to inconvenience members!

GOSU Martial Arts Spars

GOSU Martial Arts will visit our friends at Capitol Punishment MMA today for some open Kickboxing sparring will visit on the first Thursday of every month.. It will be a fun event. We start at 8:30pm at King Tiger in Silver Spring @ Randolph Rd. and New Hampshire Ave. Have a great day!
